  1. I must start by saying we are not spice lovers. So as soon as we hear “chili” we back away. When we visited one year we were told the green chilis were not hot. But we could not eat our meal! The hamburger looks tasty but I would order with no green chilies. Sad to say! But I must admit that ice cream in a baked potato is just strange!

    1. Yes, it’s sad when you go to New Mexico but you don’t like spicy food. They’re famous for their chiles. The baked potato ice cream was really delicious.

  2. Hold on, let me wipe the drool from my lip. Holy Moly does the Green Chile Cheeseburger look delicious! I think it’s great that the chile isn’t only incorporated into the meat, burger toppings but also in the bun. I think that’s a very unique twist and definitely would add more oomph to the burger. That ice cream potato nearly fooled me though! What a clever way to serve a traditional dessert. Sounds like Cowgirl BBQ is a great place to eat as a family and especially for those who want to experience some heat.

    1. We really liked their burger. We went back last summer with my family who visited from Indonesia. But not this summer as we didn’t have the right time to eat lunch in Santa Fe. 🙁

  3. I am already drooling from your description of the cheeseburger. Truffle green chile?? That sounds super yum! That BBQ fries also looks delicious!

  4. That looks so good. I only eat burgers when it is properly made like this, no McDonalds but a good restaurant 😀 Cowgirl BBQ Fries looks delicious as well. Hope I get to visit this place and try it out 😀

  5. Wow the burger looks so good! If I went there I’d probably order the fries. Smothered in cheese 🙂 Classic American food that I’m missing here in Amsterdam.
