  1. I’m paranoid about rides, but at the same time curious to try. The Magic Kingdom appears to be an excellent location for sheer amusement. I appreciate you highlighting the best rides among those that are offered so I can get an idea. But the TRON Lightcycle and Run seem fascinating.

  2. I have been to many amusement parks including Disney in Europe, Universal Studios, in LA, and Sea World in Florida. When the kids were much younger, we used to join the kids in giant wheels and spinning ones and scream aloud to get rid of the fear. The virtual queue is very interesting and so convenient! I like the idea of the Tron Lightcycle Run for adults. The lightning day entrances look like a good method of going fast although having lesser choices.

  3. I clearly need to refresh my park knowledge as I’m so confused what park is what nowadays. I have only been to Disneyland and most of these rides and the castle were there. I know they have also expanded and changed many things since my last visit, but I am not sure what part of the park is magic kingdom. However, I fully enjoyed most of the rides even though I’m an adult.. ha ha.

  4. We were looking to go to Disney World when we were in Florida but in the end it worked out to be much more money than we were willing to spend at a theme park. So I read through your blog post about the rides there to see what we missed. One thing that is probably unavoidable in a popular theme park is the queue to the most popular rides so it is interesting that they established a virtual queue for it. Very interesting – and thanks for highlighting the rides for adults should we be in the vicinity and decide to visit it.

    1. It is very expensive! If it’s not for the band trip, I wouldn’t go there. And the queue was crazy. I just couldn’t believe it that people were willing to wait that long with their little ones. Thanks to virtual queue that helped a bit.

  5. I like that you are truthful and confess that Magic Kingdom is not a magical place for adults, as it is for children. I don’t like crowds, so that would make my experience there miserable. It is good though that they do have some rides for adults as well. I have actually heard about Space Mountain, even though I have yet to visit a Disney Park. TRON Lightcycle sounds like a very exciting roller coaster. I don’t really understand the virtual queue, but it’s great that you’ve got on it in the end, even if you missed out at the first attempt.

    1. I tried my best to give honest reviews of places I visited. I think it’s very important to give it to my readers because I was disappointed not only once by information I got from travel bloggers.

  6. These rides in Disney’s Magic Kingdom are truly masterpieces with each ride sounding very uniquely different and exciting from another. From Peter Pan’s flight, the haunted adventure, Buzz light-year’s space ranger spin to the Big Thunder mountain rail road, Magic Kingdom really packs a punch for the bucks. I remember visiting the haunted mansion at Disney adventure park long ago and it was indeed a thrilling ride.

  7. Interesting read about your trip to Disney World. Glad that you had a really good time. It seems that there is always so much planning involved at a visit. So posts like yours, with recommendations of the best rides are super useful.

    1. You really need a good plan when visiting Disney World. It is so expensive! If not, you will end up wasting your money.

  8. Ah! This brings back so many memories for me of times spent with my family. A lot of the rides are classics, but perhaps my favorite (for memory reason only, lol) is It’s a Small World. The song is stuck in my mind now, lol. Anyway, I’m glad you broke this list down — I’ll refer to it next time I head that way!

  9. We do love the rides at amusement parks – even as adults. So it was good to get your take on the ones at Magic Kingdom that are good for adults. Interesting to read about the virtual queues for getting on the rides. Much better than standing in line. I forgot how many different areas they had at Magic Kingdom and how different the attractions are. Iron Lightcycle Run sure does sound like a lot of fun. And not the spinning kind of rides that make me sick!

  10. This brings back wonderful memories when my daughter was still small. We went to Florida twice and enjoyed Disney World a lot. However, it’s so funny that in the US, adults go on a vacation to Disney. I think for Europeans, it’s clearly a kid’s thing. So now I’m looking forward to have grandkids to go back and enjoy some crazy Disney rides 😀
